A cool London Maps mashup gives directions, cab estimates, and subs you 20p for a bus - OK it doesn't really do the bit with the sub... but it does do some mean timetabling.
A nifty advance on Google transit layer. It gives you tube, taxi, bus, cycle and walking options and even estimates the cab fare or how many calories you'd burn...
