I love the way this extraordinary map treats back-roads the same as 6-lane high-ways and turns rat-runs into motor-ways...
As a daily London cyclist for over a decade I don't think it really works - mainly because you learn the map as a fluid idea in your head - not with the rigidity of a tube-map. But if it encouraged yet more people onto the roads as part of the next stage of London's incredible cycle revolution - well then it has to be a good thing...
