TV and Tablet in an Apple-esque singularity moment. Yes and No thank you.

This is a nice concept piece about how TV should be used alongside everything else. And mainly I am like - yes! Everything should be like that please! And then I realise that this perfectly wrapped, beautiful, seamless experience only exists in the singularity model of the benevolent dictator. aka Apple. Obviously everything here has to exist within the same language, the same model, the same visual lexicon, all experimentation has to be approved, all creativity has to fit the guidelines for UI...

It's never going to be like this because I want a web that creates Wikipedia. And the Apple model would never have done that.
But I also want to watch telly and have wikipedia know what I'm watching (so I can see if it's lying) - and know which of my friends are watching too - so yes please, like this but probably not so pretty.
